Introduction of Kunshan Gaoli Seiko: What matters should be paid attention to when processing the fiber bottom die machine?
Fiber bottom die machine (generally used for fiber tape, foam, adhesive tape, insulation materials and other precision die-cutting processing), the processing focuses on feeding, tension, cutter, alignment, dust removal and safety. I'll give you a simple and clear notice that can be used directly in the workshop:
First, check before starting.
Check whether the cutter, bottom die and rubber pad are in good condition, without gaps and burrs.
Make sure that the feeding wheel and pressure wheel are clean, free of glue stains and sundries.
Check that the tension adjusting device is normal, and the material does not deviate or wrinkle.
Clean the dust, residual glue and waste on the surface of workbench and bottom die.
Confirm that the emergency stop, safety cover and photoelectric protection are normal.
Second, the core points for attention in the processing process
Control the tension
Tension is too small: material deviation, wrinkling and inaccurate size.
Too much tension: the material elongates, deforms and rebounds.
Fiber materials should be fed with light tension and stability.
It is forbidden to offset and stack materials.
Materials must be aligned and leveled, and cannot overlap into the die.
Deviation will lead to: continuous cutting, burrs, and die collapse.
Tool depth should be accurate.
Cut fiber material: just cut off the backing paper, without cutting or slightly cutting the rubber pad.
Too deep: damage to the bottom die, rubber pad and shortened service life.
Too shallow: continuous cutting, wire drawing and burrs.
Speed should be steady.
Start low-speed trial cutting, and then speed up after it is normal.
Fiber materials should not be too fast, and it is easy to draw, jump and shift.
Clean up waste and residual glue in time.
Fiber tape has strong viscosity, and the residual glue in the knife seam will lead to burrs and knife blockage.
Regularly clean the knife die and bottom die with air gun and alcohol.
Receive materials neatly
The receiving tension is stable, preventing the finished product from curling, deformation and displacement.
Third, the tool and the bottom die protection
Blank cutting, heavy pressure and hard objects hitting the die are prohibited.
The rubber pad should be flat and moderate in hardness, and the bump must be replaced.
When the tool becomes dull, it should be ground in time, and the blunt tool is the easiest to nap the fiber.
Different materials should use special knife dies as much as possible to avoid cross contamination.
Fourth, safety precautions
It is forbidden to put your hand into the die, press wheel and feed port.
Tool changing, cleaning and machine adjustment must be stopped and powered off.
Paper jam and material entanglement → Stop the machine first and then deal with it.
Five, the key points of finished product quality
No burr, wire drawing, glue overflow, indentation and deformation.
The size, hole position and shape are consistent and stable.
The cut surface is smooth, and there is no scraping or warping.
