The plastic-absorbing fiberboard carving machine is a CNC carving equipment specially designed for plastic-absorbing door panels and MDF/MDF. The following is a detailed introduction from the aspects of structure, performance, process adaptation, intelligent control and maintenance:

First, the fuselage structure: heavy and high rigidity, long-term stability and no deformation.

Heavy-duty lathe bed: Thick-walled square pipe/steel plate welding+gantry tempering/vibration aging treatment is often used to eliminate internal stress, which is deformation-free, vibration-resistant and suitable for counterweight cutting after long-term operation.

Gantry structure: the gantry moves, the table is fixed, and the processing range is large (usually 1300×2500mm), which is suitable for the whole fiberboard processing.

Transmission and guide rail:

Most of the X/Y axes are imported helical racks+double servo drives, and the Z axis is a precision ball screw, with stable transmission, strong force and accurate positioning.

Standard Taiwan Province high-precision square linear guide rail+double-sealed dustproof slider, wear-resistant, dust-resistant, long life.

Table top system: vacuum adsorption, suitable for fiberboard blister process.

Double-layer vacuum adsorption table: densely packed with 200+adsorption holes, controlled by zones (common in 6 zones), capable of simultaneous adsorption in single zone/multiple zones, suitable for plates with different sizes, strong adsorption, no edge warping and no displacement.

Table top material: bakelite/high-density board, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. It is suitable for milling, slotting and engraving before plastic absorption.

Powerful vacuum pump: 7.5-11kw vacuum pump is standard, and the negative pressure is stable, so as to ensure the complete fit of large-size fiberboard during processing.

3. Spindle and cutting: high power and high speed, suitable for fiberboard processing.

Spindle configuration: 6-9kw water-cooled/air-cooled variable frequency spindle is commonly used, with a rotating speed of 6000-24000rpm, high torque and strong cutting power, which is suitable for fiberboard cutting, milling, embossing and hollowing.

Cooling system: two-way water cooling/air cooling, synchronous cooling of spindle and cutter, long-term continuous processing without burning, long tool life.

Tool changing configuration: optional pneumatic tool changing, in-line/disc tool magazine (8–12 knives), automatic tool changing, reducing manual intervention, suitable for multi-process door panel processing.

4. Machining accuracy and stability: meet the requirements of high accuracy for plastic door panels.

Positioning accuracy: 0.03–0.05 mm/300 mm, and repeated positioning is ±0.02mm, so as to ensure that the profile, groove position and engraved size of the door panel are consistent and the edge is smooth.

Precision guarantee: servo closed-loop control, screw clearance elimination, guide rail pre-tightening, stable long-term operation precision, no seam after plastic absorption, full profile.

Anti-vibration design: bed counterweight, gantry reinforcement, transmission pre-tightening, no jitter in processing, delicate relief, small internal angle R of hollowing out and no burr.

5. Efficiency and productivity: high-speed processing, suitable for mass production.

Speed performance: the idle speed is 45,000–70,000 mm/min, and the cutting/milling speed is 15,000–35,000 mm/min, which is far more efficient than ordinary woodworking machines.

Multi-process integration: cutting, milling, slotting, engraving and punching are completed by one-time clamping, and the front and back sides are processed and formed once, thus reducing the clamping time.

Batch adaptation: It supports continuous processing and continuous carving at break points, and can process 60-80 standard boards in 8 hours, which is suitable for large-scale production of plastic door panels.

6. Intelligent control system: easy to use, stable and fault-tolerant.

Control system: New generation/Victoria Macro/DSP bus system, with simple operation and intuitive interface, supports G code, Wen Tai/Artcam and other CAD/CAM software.

Core functions:

Continuation carving, breakpoint memory, and continuous carving with broken knife can be continued from the breakpoint after unexpected shutdown without wasting plates.
